Domestic Shipping Policy
Free Shipping
All orders $75+ automatically qualify for free shipping Continental U.S. (Does not apply to Alaska or Hawaii).
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed usually the same day but can take up to 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. We send out tracking information with every order. Please follow the link to track your packages.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Ecowave Naples is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Ecowave Naples is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Local Delivery Policy
With a minimum purchase of $35, we offer free local delivery within 1-2 business days Naples, Florida.​​​
Refund
We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. And we understand that you may receive an item as a gift and this item just isn’t right for you.
If an order is damaged in transit, please let us know. We will ship you a replacement at our expense and file a claim with the shipper.
If that's the case, a full exchange or store credit will be gladly offered on unopened, unused, or undamaged products within 14 days of purchase. Goods must be returned in sealed condition, with all original packaging. We regret that we cannot offer exchanges or credit on goods that have been opened or used. However, if you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us and we will work with you to ensure that you are happy with your experience.
The customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.​​​
